synopsis
This 21st Century musical tells the story of a half-bat, half-boy found in a cave in Hope Falls,Virginia, by three local teens. Adopted by the local doctor's family, Bat Boy becomes both civilized and educated and eager to take his place in society. Along the way, the people of Hope Falls must face their fears and prejudices and decide whether or not to accept Bat Boy as their own.
