synopsis
In Stephen Sondheim's slapstick musical send-up of ancient comedy, all Pseudolus wants to do is cheat at dice and win enough cash to buy his freedom. When his lovesick master declares his affection for the virgin next door, Pseudolus sees his big chance - get his master the girl and win his own freedom!
