- FIRST TIME LOGIN
- If you are placing
a ticket order for the first time, you will need to create a new account
first.
1 - Go to the Ticketing software.
2 - Click on "New User Registration"
3 - Fill in the Contact Information fields.
4 - Enter an Email address that is accurate. This will serve as
your system ID
5 - Enter a Password, twice. The password should be something
you can remember, and it should be between 6-8 characters long with
no spaces, preferably with a combination of capital letters, lowercase
letters and numbers.
6 - Click on "Submit" to save your information
7 - Go to the Login Screen and enter your new Email address and Password.REPEAT
VISITOR
- If you already
created an account for yourself on an earlier visit, your information
is saved.
1 - Go to the Ticketing software.
2 - Enter your Email address and Password in the fields indicated.
3 - If you have forgotten your password, please click "Log
in Help", and it will send your password to your email address.
LOGGING OUT
- If you are done
in the system, please click on "Log Me Out" at the bottom
left of the page. Please ensure that all transactions or edits
are submitted before logging out.
- CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD
- To change your
password, you need to log in first, using the instructions above.
1 - Once in the system, please look at the top of the Action bar on
the left, under the heading "Contact Information".
2 - Click on the action "Change Password"
3 - Once on the new screen, first enter your old password again.
4 - Now enter your new password, twice. The password should be
something you can remember, and it should be between 6-8 characters
long with no spaces, preferably with a combination of capital letters,
lowercase letters and numbers.
- CHANGING/ADDING TO
YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
- To change your
contact information, you need to log in first, using the instructions
at the top of the page.
1 - Once in the system, please look at the top of the Action bar on
the left, under the heading "Contact Information".
2 - Click on the action "Edit Profile"
3 - Change the contents of any of the fields you need to change. (You
cannot change your password here. To change your password, see
the instructions directly above these.)
4 - Click the "Submit" button. When you click "Submit",
it will pop up the same screen, but be assured that your information
has changed.
5 - To leave this screen, click on any of the action buttons on the
left
- ORDERING TICKETS
- Once you have
logged into the system, begin ordering tickets. Please see the
subheaders below:
- RESERVING A PERFORMANCE
1 - Begin by clicking on "Reserve Performance" in the Action
bar on the left side of the page.
2 - Scroll down the page to find the show and the performance date you
are interested in.
3 - Once you have decided on a show and performance you are interested
in, click on the "Find Seats" button to the right of that
show. ('Find Seats' will be grayed out and won't function if today is
outside the boundaries of the sale dates. To find out sale dates,
see the sentence directly below each performance date.)
4 - Once you click on "Find Seats", you will see a graphical
display of the performance venue for that night, with the following
color codes:
Green seats are available for purchase
Gray seats are seats that have already been
reserved.
Yellow seats are seats that are pending order,
either by you or someone else who is online at the same time.
5 - To order tickets, click on any number of green seats in the locations
in which you are interested. When you click on a seat, it will
turn yellow, to signify that your order is in the pending state.
6 - When you are done selecting all of the seats for that performance,
please click the "Done" button at the top or bottom of the
window.
7 - The Venue window will disappear and you will be back on the Reserve
Performance page. If you scroll down to the bottom, you will
see the seat(s) you selected listed under the heading "Selected
Seats"
8 - IF YOU HAVE SELECTED THE WRONG SEATS, you may remove any or all
of them at this point by clicking the "Remove" button to the
right of your "Selected Seats" at the bottom of the page
9 - When your seat selection is complete, click Checkout.CHECKOUT
SCREEN
10 - On the Checkout screen, please begin by selecting the appropriate
price for each ticket. In cases where there is only one price
for the show, that price will show up, pre-selected.
11 - Then choose whether you want tickets held at the door or mailed
by clicking on the appropriate button.
12 - All orders placed by you online must be made with a credit card.
Ann Arbor Civic Theatre accepts Visa and Mastercard.
13 - You may calculate the total amount of your order at any time by
clicking on the "Calculate Total" button near the bottom of
the page.
14 - Once you have determined your ticket prices and delivery method,
please click "Proceed to Payment"
(If you want to change your selected
seats or performance at this point, please click "Change Selected
Seats")PAYMENT
SCREEN
15 - On the Payment screen, enter your credit card information at the
top.
16 - The system will automatically input your address information.
If your billing information for the credit card is different, please
change it here.
17 - The price shows in the bottom field, and it may not be edited.
Please confirm that this matches what you were saw on the previous screen.
18 - Now you are ready to complete your order. Click "Submit".
This will take you to Verisign secure sales.
19 - Click "View Receipt"
20 - Once you see your receipt, you may print it by clicking "Print
Receipt".
21 - Click on "Continue Shopping" to exit your receipt.
- RESERVING A SEASON
1 - Begin by clicking on "Reserve Season" in the Action bar
on the left side of the page.
2 - Scroll down the page to find the Season you are interested in. Once
you have decided on a season you are interested in, click on "Select
Season". ('Select Season' will be grayed out and won't function
if today is outside the boundaries of the sale dates. To find
out sale dates, see the sentence directly above each button.)
3 - This will bring up a new screen with all of the performance dates.
Click on the first "Find Seats" button in the list.
4 - Once you click on "Find Seats", you will see a graphical
display of the performance venue for that night, with the following
color codes:

for every show in the season. Please make an attempt to select
the same location across each venue.
9 - IF YOU HAVE SELECTED THE WRONG SEATS, you may remove any or all
of them on you Season page by clicking the "Remove" button
to the right of your "Selected Seats" at the bottom of the
page
10 - When your seat selection is complete, click Checkout.CHECKOUT

11 - On the Checkout screen, please begin by selecting the appropriate
price for each ticket. In cases where there is only one price
for a season, that price will show up, pre-selected.
12 - All Season tickets must be mailed. You will see "Hold
My Tickets at Door" selected on your form.
