  • May 26 – June 26, 2026: Heavy construction window with immediate road closures next to the theater.

🗺️ Road Closures & Traffic Impacts

  • North First Street (Huron St. to Ann St.): CLOSED to all through-traffic.

  • Miller Avenue: Expect daytime single-lane closures with flag control for pavement restoration.*

🚗 How to Access the Theater

Getting here is still easy! You can access the Ann Arbor Civic Theatre using these primary routes:

  • Huron St. Entrance: Full access to our theater is maintained via Huron St. Use the driveway located just before the Delonis Center.

  • Normal Entrance: Our standard entrance can still be accessed from Miller Ave. and First St.*

💡 Tips for Your Visit: Plan your route ahead of time and give yourself an extra 10–15 minutes to navigate around neighborhood construction or traffic shifts.
